So there's an issue with bouncy life and Extractinator that causes EMI to have issues in multiplayer with Bouncy Life. EMI isn't involved and works fine with bouncylife, but another mod is apparently causing issues with bouncylife and in return makes EMI not function correctly on servers. From what the dev said the interaction is breaking the vanilla recipe sync packet, which means the client never properly parses recipes. In order to fix it I had to go into singleplayer and then rejoin the multiplayer server. That was the only temporary solution besides removing the bouncy life mod.

Update: found out it's extractinator (specifically resourcelib), but because for some reason the removal of bouncy life temporary fixes it. thats why it's noted here. Either removal of these mods will fix the problem of EMI not displaying recipes on multiplayer.

Crashed on startup, I added your mod bouncy life 1.1.5 to an existing instance. However, when I tried 1.1.4 version there was no crash.

every time i am attacked my enemy is hurt, even if i haven't equipped any armor yet.

When entering open areas with slime boots that are two blocks high with a lot of vertical speed the constant reflection of vertical energy will result in an nearly infinite and pretty quick bobbing.

Best to reproduce using the slime sling.

If I'm reporting this to the wrong people I apologize but I was able to both replicate and fix this and it involved this mod both times. I'm running an AOF:Strawberry server. Wanted to add a few things that were requested. When I added BouncyLife people started not being able to connect and got the following error.

Removing Bouncylife and restarting the server fixed the problem. Readding it and ONLY it to the modpack restarted the problems.
