isolated mines are mines with no mines in their 8 surrounding tiles

problem is probably in state.js

play again banner should have 4 components:

win/loss/tie indicator

player "play again" button that changes to "ready" once it has been clicked

"opponent waiting" indicator that changes to "opponent ready" when they are ready

autoplay indicator that opens the settings/ toggles autoplay when clicked

much of the code in the two switch functions is identical. All code shared between the client and host should be in one layer, and another layer should interface with the board state.

as a user I want to edit my client settings (autoplay, themes, cell width, sounds) without interrupting the multiplayer connection.

solution: have the settings be a collapsing sidebar in front of the game
