quest normal stigma

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bug quest normal stigma cant finish to put the normal stigma in to slot
2. and bug in quest get tittle ! when finish quest, the chacracter got kick out 
game and cant login again with this character. Must creater new character for 
play.
