Class Name Problem
RuntimeException: The autoloader expected class "SimpleThings\TransactionalBundle\Transactions\Doctrine\DBALTransactionManager" to be defined in file "C:\xampp\htdocs\WSL\app/../vendor/bundles\SimpleThings\TransactionalBundle\Transactions\Doctrine\DBALTransactionManager.php". The file was found but the class was not in it, the class name or namespace probably has a typo.
The Class name is DoctrineDBALTransactionManager but the file name is DBALTransactionManager.php
master-slave setups
as with this bundle you already know which requests will do reads and which will also do writes, it might make sense to also add support for automatically switching to a slave for read only requests.
add support for PATCH method
