I test Facebook Lead Ad Forms, status it succeeded. But the post api doesn't get any data. Do you know what to do?

Hey! I have been using your script for a few months and it worked perfectly. However, a few weeks ago it started failing. I'm getting this error when I'm trying to create a test lead:

CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager

and this is the advice to fix it:

Please make sure your CRM is added in the Lead Access Manager setting for the page (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1440176552713521)

But I can't see how I can add my app as a CRM. Have you faced this problem?

I've tried to follow your README, but i got an error when trying to verify my app scrit callback:

The URL couldn't be validated. Response does not match challenge, expected value="122928287", received="\u003C!DOCTYPE html>\u003Cht..."

Also, maybe related, I'm having trouble trying to understand from where you get the verify_token - What is the hub object?

On Step 5, item 3, I got the following response:

Hi! I found this after toiling for a day to get my own app running. An issue I’ve run into is that I’m missing many leads that Meta generates. When I check the executions log I see that the app simply does not run for all of the leads.

Today my ads generated 14 leads but only 7 were transferred to my Mailchimp account and there are only 7 executions.

I can’t seem to find information about this elsewhere. I wonder if the web app is hibernating or off during these lead gen we hooks? If anyone else has seen this any help would be greatly appreciated.
