Right now a given variable can only exist once per Scope. Due to the nature of functional languages the variable cannot be assigned with a new value.

To avoid code like this:

def test() : F64 do
    let v1 = 25
    let v2 = v1 + 10
end

Shadowing should turn the code into this:

def test() : F64 do
    let v1 = 25
    let v1 = v1 + 10 // make a new version of "v1" keeping the old one around
end
