The Readme says to run "apax create @simatic-ax/tiax --registry https://npm.pkg.github.com" but it actually has to be "@simatic-ax/ax2tia"

Describe the bug
Combination of .env variable and apax.yml does not lead to a (typical) valid TIA Portal install path.
Leads to a "No such file or directory" error when using the import-tialib command

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V18\Bin
2. import-tialib: '"$TIA_INSTALL_PATH\bin\Siemens.Simatic.Lang.Library.Importer.exe"
   -i "$PATH_NAME" -o "$TIA_GLOBAL_LIB_PATH"'
3. ..\Bin\bin\Siemens.Simatic.Lang.Library.Importer.exe

Expected behavior
template uses the default installation paths of the Library.Importer correctly
