Excuse me, spotdl-handler cant find the PATH of FFmpeg in Win10?

Thanks for the nice tool!

When I using it, There is a small issue, it can not covert .m4a to .mp3 automatically.

I tried pip install ffmpeg, and put three exes to System32, added the path to System Variables.
In CMD, spotdl -s https://xxx -o .mp3, it works well.

I can not find the .dll on macOS

About the installation steps：

1 - Application
Move the folder SpotifyDownloader to /Applications/SpotifyDownloader
The result should look like this: /Applications/SpotifyDownloader/SpotifyDownloader.dll.
Call the application once to configure it with dotnet /Applications/SpotifyDownloader/SpotifyDownloader.dll.

how did SpotifyDownloader.dll file appear?

Log errors

Log errors to a txt file. Currently the application closes so that you're not left with a bunch of opened terminals after downloading tracks.

Installer

I'd like to give NSIS a go at some point. This would allow installing the application and registering the protocol automatically. Not sure about user script, but opening the page should do the trick.
