In order for the make file to "download" the Kwaltz Workflow features module, it needs to be a separate repository? If that's the case, then would it make sense split this out into three repos?

1. Kwaltz_Make with just the make file
2. Kwaltz_Profile with just the profile
3. Kwaltz_Workflow with just the features module

Quick investigation of the Workflow module suggests that assigning a type requires submitting a form programmatically. It may be an opportunity to write an Install Profile API plugin (if that kind of thing is still encouraged).
