Berlin-Baghdad railway feedback
The current event chain seems to work like this:
- Ottoman's take the Berlin-Baghdad railway focus
- Germany get's an event to help warning that Britain might get pissy
- Germany says yes
- Britain get's an event where they can escalate or not
- They don't
- Ottoman's get an event to build the railway
Which is fine, except that Germany never learns what happens. There needs to be one more event at the end telling Germany that Britain backed down and it is going ahead (and maybe reward them some PP for the trouble).

OPDA payback/default process
As best I understand it, to end the OPDA an Ottoman player needs to do the following:
- Take the 'Ottoman Public Debt Administration' focus
- Pay down the debt to 0 through decisions/focuses
- Take the 'Default on Debt focus'
- Take the 'Dissolve the Ottoman Public Debt Administration' decision for 300pp
And you're done!
I love the system, and think it's really well implemented, but I think the ending could be improved. Having to pay down your debt into order to default is...really odd, so I think better to give the players a choice between defaulting or paying it down.
- Defaulting would give a massive stability hit, and hurts your relationship with the great powers, but instantly end the OPDA.
- Paying down would cost a load of PP (as it does) but otherwise ends it painlessly
This makes more sense factually, and also gives the player an interesting choice to make.
Specifically then, I suggest the following changes:
- Rename the 'Default on Debt focus' to something more generic like 'Dealing with Our Debt'
- Have the focus unlock two decisions; one is the old 'Dissolve the Ottoman Public Debt Administration' and one is a new 'Default on Debt'
- Have the 'Dissolve the Ottoman Public Debt Administration' decision be way cheaper to take (say, 50pp); you've already done the hard work of paying down the debt
- Create a new 'Default on Debt' decision. This instantly ends the OPDA, but costs a lot of stability/PP and hurts your relationship with the great powers (sure there are some interesting ways to link that into later events)
If you wanted to be really fancy, you could split the 'Default on Debt' decision into multiple that can be one by one. This would also help show one of the the reasons why the Ottomans joined the central powers; the Entente held more of the debt so declaring war on them and defaulting on their debt helped more.
Hope that helps, of course happy to go into more detail if useful!

Leftover Armenia
Playing Germany and wont the Great War. Ottoman's still standing, Russia totally routed. Ottoman's got given Georgia and puppeted Azerbaijan, but Armenia remained on the map as an independent nation. Given the relationship between Armenia and the Ottomans, and the fact Armenia is literally totally surrounded by the Ottoman's, this felt really odd.
Pupetting or annexing Armenia both feel like more likely outcomes

Ottoman starting supply situation
The Ottoman starting supply situation is really opposed to holding out in the Balkan war. Specifically, the Ottoman's suffer strongly in four ways:
- A: The supply base in Skopje doesn't reach north enough to supply troops holding Novi Pazar
- B: Supplies don't reach troops holding Rhodopes
- C: Supplies don't reach troops holding Olympe
- D: The supply base in Tirana isn't connected up
Now don't get me wrong, I know historically the Ottoman's suffered badly from supply issues in the war, and I know that winning the war should be very hard for the Ottoman's, however the combination of these is extremely debilitating.
Specifically, it has two annoying negatives:
- Due to supply being partially handled at the state level, the abundance of small states make the supply situation here worse than it 'should be'. Or, put another way, worse than it is in the base game (for which the supply system was clearly designed) and so worse than a player would reasonably expect
- There is little the player can do. C can be solved via a connecting railroad, and D can be solved with another port, but A and B can only be solved with trucks (which you don't have) or a new supply base (which you can't afford)
This feeling of not being able to do anything to solve a critical problem that you can see isn't a good one - especially when it's not one you'd face in the base game - so I'd suggest improving the Ottoman infrastructure here somewhat

German alliance invite focus text
What taking focuses to invite nations to Germany's alliance, the text doesn't show up correctly:
Believe this is due to using dynamic localisation, which doesn't always play nice with focus descriptions.
If that is the case, suggest changing the wording to something like "...to a military alliance". If not, then just fix the localisation.
Issue is present in all the German alliance invite focuses I can see
'Until Winter Comes' effect
The 'Until Winter Comes' decision is a great idea for breaking the stalemate, but as a German player it's hard to know exactly what it does and how bad it is when it hits:
I'd suggest adding a custom effect tooltip to give more information and so you can know the stakes. Indifferent between vague detail, and exact numbers; I can see the argument for both
Ottoman post-war Arabia
Post war - and post Arab revolt - Nejd and Hasa as well as Muscat remain independent nations. While this is maybe realistic, as even victorious Ottomans aren't likely in the best place to attack, from a player point of view it isn't very satisfying.
I'd suggest adding a late-game decision/focus/event to invade/puppet both. Honestly might not even need a war once the British influence is removed. Open to both, or anything else really

Dissolution of Austria-Hungary event
Post war when Austria-Hungary dissolves there isn't (or at least, wasn't for me) an event telling other nations - such as Germany - this has happened. Given it's such a major occurrence, an notification event would be welcome

Don't know if it is just this outcome that is missing an event, or if all are

OPDA minor enchantments
As said in #85 I think the OPDA is a really nice feature. Aside from the bigger changes suggest there, there are two minor tweaks that I think could give it a bit more punch.
- Have a rolling event, maybe once a year, that increases the debt by a small amount due to interest. It shouldn't be too much - as you still want a player to be able to reduce it - but I think thematically it would make it feel more like the endless cycle it was
- I'd remove the political power reduction, and swap it for a stability reduction. Since you use PP to pay down the debt, it's a little too cyclical having it also reduce PP (and better handled by the above interest). Instead, have the effect on the Ottoman state shown by a stability reduction
Hope those help and keep up the good work!

Demands given events
I'll give some specific examples later, but generally speaking if a nation makes demands of you, this should trigger an event for you to tell you what the demands are and - depending on the demands - give you a chance to give accept the demands (potentially with a PP/Stability penalty).
This is important as:
- It tells you what the war is about, helping you understand the actions that lead up to this point
- It is a good chance for additional immersion, with some nice flavour text
- It makes genuine surprise attacks stand out
- And - if it has an option to accept the demands - some additional player choice
No doubt this isn't a complete list (both due to playing on the public build, and due to not playing literally every nation), but I've noticed this is the following places:
- Japan's demands against Germany for it's Asian holdings
- Balkan league's demands against the Ottoman Empire for it's Balkan holdings
- Italy's demands against the Ottoman Empire for Libya
Feel free to add any more I've missed.
Hope this helps!

'Agadir Crisis' timing
As Germany, if you delay doing the 'Place Under The Sun' focus, you can get locked out of being able to react to the Agadir crisis. This is basically a noob trap, and not especially fun.
I suggest reducing the time to complete the 'Place Under The Sun' such that you can always complete it and the 'Agadir Crisis' focus in time to react. If they were both set to 35 days, and the longest focus you could take it 70 days, you'd then want to give the player 140 days to react.
There are other possible solutions (reorder the focus, let you respond with an event/decision), but you get the idea

Kaiserreich flag change description
The German focus 'Kaiserreich' changes your flag, but doesn't say so it's the focus effect. A quick custom tooltip should do the job.
Might also be an issue elsewhere in the German focus tree, or even in other focus trees. Might be worth doing a search and find for that effect in the files, should always come with a custom tooltip if in a focus/other selectable vehicle

'Until Winter Comes' but for Entente
As said in #89, the 'Until Winter Comes' decision is a great idea for breaking the stalemate. However, the Entente have no idea it's happening or when it finishes. I suggest making either making it visible for nations at war with Germany, or making a duplicate version that is specifically for them
OPDA effects for other nations
ATM whatever the Ottomans do with OPDA ends at their borders. Instead, I suggest the nations the payback is for should get an idea that gives them PP gain. In this way, they have an incentive to keep the Ottoman's in debt, and to take revenge if they default.
It wouldn't need to be very complex, something like the below would work:
- Give the major debt holders (Britain, France, Germany) an idea at game start giving them PP. Can give more PP to larger debt holders
- If the Ottomans pay down all their debt, fire an event to all nations giving them some extra PP and removing the idea
- If the Ottomans default, fire an event to all nations removing the idea and maybe even a PP hit
Simple as really. Of course can do more to link into various events, make the PP amount dynamic etc etc, but I think that's probably over kill.
Splitting the defaulting into specific nations as per #85 would help the suggestion as well.
Good sources for info on the OPDA are hard to come buy, but this might be a good starting point to work: https://silo.tips/download/the-impact-of-the-ottoman-public-debt-administration-on-the-economies-of-epirus
