Do not display images in home page

when i start server and go to 127.0.0.1:8000 i can't see images and i cant choose and order foods.

Cart menu (which is at the center of the page) is redirecting to Contact.html.

Solution - Change it to,

<a class="nav-link" href="{% url 'cart:cart_detail' %}">Cart</a>

what's the version of python

I am unable to start the server. Please help!

Whenever I am trying to run the server, I am getting the following error :
ImportError: cannot import name 'Celery' from 'celery' (C:\Open source\Hot-Food\env\lib\site-packages\celery_init_.py)

Error with virtual env

what do I do? (I'm an absolute beginner to Django please do help)
I keep getting these errors
1)when I open the terminal in vs code
I cant install virtual env
2) I use a windows machine n u wrote sudo commands
so do( I need a Linux machine or an ISO virtual environment)
and then paste all the commands in Linux terminal??

can't go to admin page

when I want to go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin , it throws me to an error page

What could be the issue?

Secret key issue

use this SECRET_KEY = '0ff1vl2nj4-#stv^#b0=18dy%)5+kat6j7fz)h$e0$#m8cyh4u' instead of this SECRET_KEY = config('SECRET_KEY')
