Welcome to the official end user manual for Online DPR Management System!

Before using this system, you should ensure the following:

1. You are using Windows OS

2. You have installed latest version of Xampp (For using PHP and MySQL) (Installation instructions: https://www.wikihow.com/Install-XAMPP-for-Windows)

3. You have installed Composer (For Laravel framework) (Install this file: https://getcomposer.org/Composer-Setup.exe)

Follow the steps given below to use the system:

1. Open Xampp Control Panel.
2. Start Apache and MySQL within the panel, and minimize the window.
3. Clone the DPR folder through this link: https://github.com/Shubham-Vishwakarma/DPR, onto your Desktop.
4. If you already have the compressed DPR folder, unzip it to any directory of your choice, say Desktop.
5. Open Command Prompt.
6. Move to the directory where you unzipped the folder.
7. For e.g., if you have the DPR folder saved on your desktop, navigate to the DPR folder through Command Prompt like this: cd Desktop/DPR
8. Then type: php artisan serve
9. The system can now be accessed through the mentioned link in the Command Prompt terminal, which would be something like: http://127.0.0.1:8000
10. Open this link through your browser, by adding '/home' to the given link, like this: http://127.0.0.1:8000/home
11. You should now be able to view the website and use the system as needed.

Usage Instructions:

1. After opening the system, the user can login as an implementing agent, or a nodal agent.
2. Implementing agencies can then fill out the DPRs, and wait for feedback/approvals.
3. Nodal agency has to verify the DPRs and provide necessary feedback to the implementing agencies.
