Upload process must survive broadcast endpoint timeout
If the broadcast endpoint times-out, the upload tool jumps straight to the end and erroneously displays the b:// and d:// URLs.
The upload process should reliably resume the upload wherever it left off using retries and possible user interaction.
Upload process must support many broadcast URLs
The upload tool currently only uses BitIndex to broadcast transactions.
If BitIndex gets overwhelmed and experiences a denial of service outage, other block explorers will need to be leveraged to continue broadcasting transactions.
Enable Upload button if Step 3 is done first
If Step 3 is done first, the Upload button remains disabled after split transactions are confirmed ready.
Refreshing to check if split transactions are confirmed ready should enable the Upload button if a file is already selected.
