paginated browse request
we need to be able to display the list of inscriptions starting from #0, and to let the user click through to browse additional pages
return type field on ord utxos request
we don't need the complete script on this endpoint, but extracting the content type and providing it here will allow wallets to show ordinals without additional requests.
ie this request returns the "type" field:
https://ordinals.gorillapool.io/api/inscriptions/e17d7856c375640427943395d2341b6ed75f73afc8b22bb3681987278978a584_1
but this one does not:
https://ordinals.gorillapool.io/api/utxos/address/1KKitxo25z8exUTmsXSmBuUxsL3NTxuhFg
with this data I could create a remote inscription url and know which element type to render, without downloading the entire script or making an additional req per ordinal for the type field.
get inscriptions by location (txid)
we need get inscriptions by location endpoints like:
https://ordinals.gorillapool.io/api/files/inscriptions/:txid
https://ordinals.gorillapool.io/api/inscriptions/:txid
