Missing slack channel

TL;DR

All services are required to provide one or more valid public slack channels for relevant communications. This service is missing a slack channel. Please go to your service's dashboard in Services DB to configure your channels.

Note: Adding slack channel in the services.yml will not resolve this action item anymore because we moved adding/editing/removing a slack channel to the Services Next UI.

Why is this being asked?

Slack notifications are the primary means for important information is delivered to teams regarding their service. Without this set, you will miss potentially critical information affecting your service.

For example, a notification that your service will be migrated and experience some downtime.

This slack channel is also used by tools like spy to announce maintenance periods or incidents.

What will happen if it doesn't get done within the expected timeframe?

Ownership and the ability to contact owners via slack is mandatory while operating services. Failing to provide a valid slack channel could result in your service failing a quality check.

When does it need to get done?

At the latest, this should be done before 2023-02-13.

This doesn't apply to my service. What do I do?

First, leave a comment explaining why it doesn't apply. Then, leave another comment as /not_applicable, and close the issue.
If you change your mind, make sure to comment any reason and reopen the issue.

Detailed description

To edit the a services operational slack channel:

1. Search for your service in Services Next using the top search bar.
2. Click the Edit Slack Channels in the right side-nav.
3. Find the slack channel you want to use as the operations channel, add it and Save.
