I just wanted to add that I was running into this as well (but with MariaDB) and switching to daily worked for me

I pushed a probable fix. Try updating to daily after a few minutes from this post

Hello again, first of all thank you for your interest. I made another attempt around 19:25 (UTC+0) and the result seems to be the same for now. As you said, I will try every day at random intervals until I get a positive result. If the result is positive, I will let you know here. If it continues like this for 1-2 weeks, then I will stop trying and uploading. Regards and good work.

Oh, sorry, by "daily", I was referring to the release channel of Shoko Server.
On docker, you change the tag from latest to daily
On windows, you can get it here: https://shokoanime.com/files/shoko-server/daily/ShokoServer.zip
