option to allow multiple masters to connect to one client simultaneously.

Shared memory is not unlinked when terminating because of a default signal action (e.g. SIGHUP)

If the creation of a shared memoy fails (e.g. ulimit) all shared memories that belong to the same mapping and that were already created are not unlinked.

make permissions of created shared memories configurable

dependencies are missing:

• cxxshm
• cxxopts
• cxxsemaphore
• libmodbus

• add option to create a separate shared memory for a specified set of client ids
