A proof-of-concept dbt project that deploys dbt docs sites on S3 for each branch. For example, opening a branch feature-add-x deploys a docs site on AWS called dbt-feature-add-x-bucket with the changes in the branch.
To use, add AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY to repository secrets (Settings > Secrets > Actions).

We probably don't want an S3 bucket lurking around weeks or months after a branch has already been merged or deleted (or gone stale).
Ideally, S3 buckets hosting the sites expire after a set interval (configurable through an environment variable?) or once a branch is deleted/merged.
When a commit is not tied to a PR, the comment-on-PR GitHub Action fails because there is no PR to comment on.
Add a validation step to make sure the S3 bucket name adheres to bucket naming rules.
