I was testing your cd implementations, and I have a question about one of them:

Does your implementation of the EM algorithm support directed graphs?

I remember the original paper introducing the algorithm for directed graphs. However, looking at your code I'm not sure if it is the same or if yours is a relaxation for undirected graphs.
