This project is to add navigation to a static web page using JavaScript and it has 3 main functions:

• Build a navigation bar dynamically with JavaScript.

• When clicking on an element in the navigation bar it should scroll smoothly to the corresponding section.

• When scrolling the section closer to the top will be marked as active and so is the navigation bar element corresponding to it.

• Pointer events
