Also, I know only one solution-
First need to get access to the file system of your site
And then navigate to the Examineindex folder
After this delete this folder and restart the site
Then on restart the indexes will be rebuild again
After this you should be able to see the dashboard again.
Please provide more information on that point, and why this happening when I release my changes on the server. when facing this issue, I followed the above solution & solved this issue but I need a proper solution.

This sounds like an Umbraco issue. Please report/ask questions at our.umbraco.com. You'll probably need to check your logs for errors and diagnose from there. Could also be a hosting issue, etc... there are many factors here and you will need to provide steps to replicate.
