Hi man, I couldn't find the documentation of the functions I can use, could you pass me?

I didn't change the repo and run the vidOpenALPR.py without any changes. Then I had an encounter with this error.

I change the country eu to us then It works for a short time and finishes the video but in recognizing part in my cmd it seems like it manage only 3 frames to recognize.

Would you help me here?

I am Guru, working on a demonstration college project for recognizing Indian License Plates. Can you please let me know, if any change in the patterns in the folder runtime_data --> postprocess, Can I create a file Ind_Patterns? or Can you please let me know, if there is any other method is available.
