arduino-audio-spectrum-visualizer-analyzer's Issues

The same bars

I start the code and it is the bar most to the left that lights up fully and the 3rd from the left is only 1 dot from the bottom. Do someone know what i did wrong? I tested with the osciloscope and the sound signal goes to the analog input A0.

Schematic is wrong.

The schematic is wrong - The 10k resistor should be between D5 and GND, not in series with the push button. As it is shown the link between D5 and gnd will hold D5 permanently low regdless of the pushbutton state.

Otherwise a very nice project! ;)

Project

Hey
I really need your help to create this project.
I dont have any mind how many wires i need to connecting all. Im going to recreate your project on my final test and it seems too hard for me to get it.
I need your answer: how many wires are there? Can you picture above view to help me understand how things connects to each other? I have only month for this work and im a little scared about everything that i cant get.
I really-really need your help.

Missing Audio Jack?

Looking at the components required and the schematic diagram, it seems that you are missing an audio jack component like this one.

I assume any component that carries two channels would be fine?

Set specific barriers for each column?

I'm new to Arduino programming and barely understand how your program works, but I'm very much trying to replicate a similar project. I need to set barriers like column1 is 50-150hz, column2 is 151-250hz etc. And then set the rows according to the dezibels or amplitude.
For example: I have a 100hz sine wave that's loud as possible, so only column1 should light up.
Could you help me with that? I'd gladly appreciate your help
