Create a Time-Locked Smart Contract Wallet on Kovan Network, which allows anyone to deposit ERC20 or Ether in a smart contract locked for a certain interval of time, post which receiver can claim those tokens/ether. Claim operation should be meta transaction enabled, i.e., it should involve a signature verification on-chain after which the receiver can claim the funds, and anyone can submit that transaction on-chain as long as the submitter has the receiver's signature. Integrate Biconomy during the claim operation.
