Create transactions from user input

As a user, I want to be able to create and display my transactions using the command line.

Simple REPL

Create a simple REPL that can display a single text menu, grab user input, and quit.

Add Linked Lists

Create a linked list implementation for both budgets and transactions. This should support the addition, and deletion of nodes. Currently, the modification of a node is not strictly necessary.

Node operations should occur as functions, in which the node head should be passed (by reference) to the functions. Functions include (i.e. for transactions):

• add transaction
• delete transaction by index
• clear all transactions
• print transactions
• sort transactions (by date)

Add Unit Tests

Create a simple setup for unit testing. This should be integrated into the Makefile so that tests can be run easily.

A test report should be printed out at the end.

Design data structures

Design the basic data structures that are to be used in this application -- specifically, the budget and transaction structures.

Create budgets from user input

As a user, I want to add and remove budgets using the command line.
