Something like using the approach from:

in this project to add time.

Function get_http_weather can be a bit cleaned with the char parsing being put in another function.

Change the state names to something more meaningful.

Add the forecast for the next 3 days.

Forecast should not change so reading it 1x per hour should be enough.

Change the pending_gather to an enum.

GATHER_CURRENT

add a new event also gather_forecast along with a new gather state for forecast.

Split the classes to individual header / libraries.
