There are currently two different types of data in this variable: (1) whether the appointment was attended remotely or face to face, and (2) the type of the appointment (first appointment, group appointment, rehabilitation appointment etc).
This is a reflection of the fact that they have provided different data in response to the request, I assume.

We woudl like to be able to analyse by both, and so we probably need to create two variables:
(1) In person/remote and (2) type of appointment.

For (1) the groupings would be as follows:

F2F = F2f, face-to-face, FACE to FACE, f2f, face to face contacts, face to face, First F2F Contact, community contact, follow up F2F contact, new outpatient attendances, ward attendance, group appointment, CPA review, generic appointment, inpatient activity, day patients,

NF2F = NF2F, nf2f, non ftf, nF2F, Telephone contact, Short Message Text, Telephone contacts, Telephone, Phone, NonF2F, email, mail, telemedicine, Web, EMAIL, Telemedicine web camera, Video link,

Not known/other = Co-workng referral, initial referral, n/a, internal transfer, other, detailed assessment, other, DNA, carers contact, rehabilitation, null.

I woudl need to think about the re-coding for the second variable and this shoudl remain as a 'to-do' :-)

Contact Team Tiers:

Not known: null, 0, TH, LT, no value
Not CAMHS: not camhs, N/A
1: 1
2: 2
3: 3, Tier3, Tier 3

Norfolk = anything with norfolk in the title
Suffolk = anything with suffolk in the title.

The rest of the sites need to be split using this spreadsheet. They are not all correct at the moment.

There are a range of Localities that have netiher Norfolk or suffolk in the title - lokng at the data these have not been consistently assigned to Norfolk/ soffolk - do you have a record of the rules you used please? Thank you. PArtly as I need ot share this with Rudolf as well as check these are correct. Thank you! :-)

We need to have 20 sites in the database please. So we will need to have Norfolk & Suffolk split into two sites, and the same for Luton and Tower Hamlets.
