Solution checked in 1.4.8.
This also applies to doing add/delete operations during an update.

Issued reopened because further testing revealed issues when used in combination with other params.add, remove, delete operations.
Also, setting a property to null should remove the attribute for the item if the table.params.nulls is not set to true.
This is the easy way to remove attributes ... just set the property to null
from dynamodb-onetable.
