Creating VM, storage account and a resource group with Terraform

Using that terraform file will enable us to create Resource Group ,Storage Account, Virtual Machine and some other dependency resources and Using Commands during the Project. First step is creating new files, names are main.tf, provider.tf ,variable.tf. codes collected via terraform web site, then edited the code for requirements of the Project.

Run after the codes edited. The requested resources have been created.
