Manifest of the seL4bench project, which contains a set of microbenchmarks for seL4.

Getting the project

Use the repo tool as described on the wiki

mkdir sel4bench
cd sel4bench
repo init -u https://github.com/seL4/sel4bench-manifest.git
repo sync
mkdir build
cd build
../init-build.sh -DPLATFORM=sabre -DHARDWARE=TRUE -DAARCH32=TRUE -DRELEASE=TRUE -DFAULT=TRUE -DFASTPATH=TRUE

CI test should execute at least a build

It seems the github CI action do not build or test anything for PRs done here. There are some some simple check about the
change set. While testing might require more work, running builds would be helpful to ensure this project is consistent.

Can't get valid benchmark data about IPC

When i successfully execute the following commands:

mkdir sel4bench
cd sel4bench
repo init -u https://github.com/seL4/sel4bench-manifest.git
repo sync
mkdir build
cd build
../init-build.sh -DPLATFORM=sabre -DHARDWARE=TRUE -DAARCH32=TRUE -DRELEASE=TRUE -DFAULT=TRUE -DFASTPATH=TRUE

Next, i execute the commmand:

The seL4 Kernel Git project doesn't have a 4.0.x-compatible branch, so when pulling the code it fails immediately.

"fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/heads/4.0.x-compatible"

Should be:

github PR tests are testing wrong manifest

#11 does not actually test the PR, but the master branch in the repo

Manifest repos will need some special handling, because the idiom of updating inside the manifest that the CI actions are doing does not work here.
