This service manages artifacts sould be renamed to artifact-service.

The test suite service needs to validates and starts docker container in an asynchron job.

It should be possible to execute asynchron jobs.
Fo instance the validation of a docker image or the start of an artifact.

Context

Current version of jest has a peer dependecy security issue.

Everything should be fine.

83 moderate severity vulnerabilities

Possible Fix

Wait until jest release version 27.

The backend services needs a job executer to perform asynchronously tasks, like docker validation/startup.

We need to refactor all services to a new Api lib.
