[1.2.4] New services showing as deleted lines

Version 1.2.4 has just been released. It changes the way the tool handles new services. They used to show under deleted lines due to only having 1 container definition, so all the lines got detected in a wrong way.

Instead it now shows something like this:

- Grabbing the container definitions
    √ Grabbing successful
- Comparing the old container definitions with the new definitions
    + New service (foo-bar) found

This has not been tested thoroughly, so if you encounter unwanted behaviour with the new update please let me know!

Incorrect results

A wrong version 1.3.0 was accidentally published to NPM due to me being a total dumbass. Sorry for any issues you might have encountered.

Version 1.3.1 has now been published to resolve the issues.

A change was published too early that changes the way the tool grabs the container definitions from the terraform show command. Resulting in wrongfully grabbed stuff breaking the entirety of the tool.
