Remove username and password information for postgres from pg-interface.rb

In the demo page, I can see a level select element whose values can be none, method and statement. This is cool. But is it only available for java? Can it support other languages?

The raw lines of comment and code are inconsistent with the final project data (on the most recent checkin).

Txl transformation does not tag end of line comments or in line comments. Currently it only tags comments that are above the code.

Code modifications may be influenced by the comments being modified. As well as comment modifications being influenced by the code being modified
Example:

- System.out.println("Hello World!"); //This line tells the world hello really loud
+ System.out.println("Hello World!"); //This prints out Hello World

This line will show up as both a comment modification and a code modification. However it should only be counted as a comment modification.

Another example which highlights the problems it poses to calculating the modifications:

- System.out.println("Hello World!"); // This prints hello`
+ // This prints hello
+ System.out.println("Hello World!");

Will link both both the code and comment modification as:

- System.out.println("Hello World!"); // This prints hello
+ System.out.println("Hello World!");
