Hi,
can you detail how to install the linux driver for dummies like me. I'm new to linux. I recently got a usb-can-analyzer and can't get it to work.

I'm using the USB-CAN-Analyzer v8.00, and I noticed a BUG, when I use the software in the v8.00 version with a speed of 1Mbps, the data byte values appear wrong. When I use V7.20 software, it gets the correct values.

In version 8.00 the program closes by itself when it receives too much data.

Is there a way to display the crc (checksum) of the can message either through the gui (graphical user interface) or through python? I see only No, Direction, Time scale, Frame Type, Frame Format, Frame ID, Data Length, Data. If there's no way then is it open source? I mean then maybe I can edit and add the crc functionality? Thanks

When I connect my seed studio USB CAN analyzer adapter and run the 'ip link show ' command on Linux, it does not list can0. Does this device support socketCAN native interface?

What is the connection mode used by the USB-CAN? RS485 or RS232?

Hi there,
My charger has canbus protocol. I also bought usbcan analyzer. For example the battery will charge up to 5V by giving 5A. Afterwards, it will give a constant 5V and stop charging at 2A. How can I make this application?
How should the connection diagram be?
Can I do this application in usbcan analyzer interface?
Do I need to use Arduino?
Will the connection be made between the charger-bms-battery?

I'm using usb-can-analyzer ver-8 with arduino uno and mcp-2515
When running arduino Uno as a receiver and when sending from usb-can-analyzer a single frame then arduino Uno receives without problem. But when running arduino Uno as a transmitter I still can't receive can messages in usb-can-analyzer although the arduino uno is transmitting without a problem (I can sense the can-Hi and can-Lo with oscilloscope)

Hi, I'm have very useful file USB (Serial port) to CAN protocol defines.pdf, but I can't find how set speed CAN bus from ttyUSB?

I am using the USB - CAN analyzer to configure the CAN devices. I am using USBCAN V8.00 simulator/software to configure those devices.

But configuration is needed the Controller/Simulator address to complete the configuration. I need the hep here to find out the controller/Simulator address of USBCAN V8.00 software.
