Think about better API for client side, current API is more server oriented

After making this repo public, we need setup CI/CD using AppVeyor to build NuGet packages and test automatically

Sometimes we need to setup Socketize without handling any of the routes, new overload will help to avoid redundant lambdas like builder => builder

Need to add documentation pages for the entire Socketize solution
