[BUG] Alt remains pressed down in keyboard hook after pressing Alt + Tab

Describe the bug
Display Fusion intercepts Key Up events and makes those unavailable to Keyboard Hook.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open DisplayFusion
  2. Press Alt + Tab
  3. Press T (or any other key, except Alt. Doesn't matter)
  4. Alt is still down, according to hook state

Expected behavior
Expected state of modifier keys in keyboard hook to update.

Additional context

Notes

  1. This seems to happen only when DisplayFusion is running.
  2. This issue doesn't happen in previous version of Transliterator (TransliteratorWPF_Clean_Version)
  3. It's only Alt + Tab that leads to this behaviour. Alt + F4/F2 works fine

[BUG] "Buffer Input" mode doesn't work

Describe the bug
"Buffer Input" mode doesn't work. Input doesn't get buffered. The demo text box doesn't fill up with text and On | Off label of corresponding switch in settings always says "Off".
