Unable to edit uploaded strategies

Strategies can only be uploaded once, and there is currently no possibility of editing or modifying them once they have been uploaded.

Relax constraints for strategy description, input validation too strict

I was trying to upload a strategy but hit a minor road bump. The input validation for the description field doesn’t let me use commas or periods, only letters and numbers. Perhaps consider relaxing this requirement a bit so we can write a more complete description with punctuations?
