I would like to see a full working example of the directive, is there any estimated time? Planning on using it in a 100% Angular project that involves 8+ developers, need to provide them a usage reference.

This is against Angular convention, is bad practice and it overrides any changes that are done within a css file.

By default, it should only modify a model so that others directives and the like can decide what to do.

When using ngEgg the user appears to be locked into form mode.

Sometimes, especially if i've already done something on the page it does not fire when I type in the code. It doesn't throw any errors, the div just does not show up.

Also when I installed via bower, everytime it compiles it includes both angular-egg.js and angular-egg.min.js

Why is that? Is it from the bower.json?

Cool module. The content of <section data-ng-if="!vm.eggActivated"> doesn't get removed from the DOM though when the egg is activated.

I think that's because vm.eggActivated is accessible within the scope of <section data-ng-egg> only.
