Write tests and integrate with the CI

Create bugs for any issues found and plan those as separate issues

Need to integrate the playlist service deployments once we have the charts available.

As part of this ticket, we can test the deployment on a local k8s cluster and take it to AWS once we know everything is working.

We need to create Deployment, Service, Destination rules for the playlist service.

Integration of Graphana + Prometheus with new service. I believe we'll do the integration with s1 and s2 in A8. Wait until then to further discuss this issue

Each user can have multiple playlists.

APIs

1. List playlists. (Expected authenticated user)
2. Create a new playlist
3. Add song to a playlist
4. Share a playlist with another user. This allows multiple users to have access to the same playlist
5. Delete playlist (only original user should be allowed to delete a playlist)
6. Rename a playlist

Just have to build the infra such that whenever we make changes in the new service s3, it triggers the CI and tests in the CI

Tests for user service and integrate it with the CI.

We can create a user in dynamoDB specifically for testing purpose.

K8S service file for playlist service

Add playlist Table in cloudformation templates to create table at runtime if not present

K8S deployment file for playlist service

Add the base code for the 2 microservices along with the CI github actions to validate that it works

Exit criteria:
We should be able to run the 2 microservices

Currently it only has test for s2. I have tested s2 API works perfectly (read, create, delete). So next we need to write simple test for s1 APIs
