Some applications need the socket to be set-up as non-blocking. I use circus for this, and it supports nonblocking mode, but when I use use_papa in circus, the sockets are not set-up as non-blocking because papa doesn't support it.

I'm trying to create an init script for Papa-Kernel.
start-stop-daemon can use the pidfile the process createing order to manage it.

I can try an work-around it with --make-pidfile and --background but it is documented that this should be a last resort measure.
