How to calculate the correct height for an item for a different content size

I want to use the way in which you implemented the expandable ListView, but with a difference which in my case the expanded content does not have a specific height, it can be one line or 50 lines.

So in sizeHint() function, how to calculate the exact height, and also here content getting higher when the window width getting smaller (when resizing the widow) OR the content height getting smaller when the window width getting wider.

Here I am going to show you screenshots of the above cases:
It is the normal case:
1

It is when I try to resize the window size (smaller) As you can see the expand icon hasbeen disappeared and the scrollbar appeared, whic I dont want this.
2
Note: But now when I add a new item, then everything will be automatically adjusted as it was in normal case without the window width changed, e.g: now I going to add a new Item and it is the result:
4

And it is when I try to resize the window size (wider)
3

So it there anyway to control this and fit all the content in the correct size?
Thanks!!
