Assume the name of subtitle file to be same as the video file (just the extensions are different).

Currently, the videos are listed with just their names. It would be awesome to have their thumbnails beside them.

I decided to do more work on this for fun, I should have some updates and a new feature tomorrow night I hope.

Python 2.7 will be depreciated in Jan. 2020 so if we want to keep the project running we should migrate to python 3.

As mentioned in the README, the video player currently lacks a good front-end design. Enhance the front-end by adding CSS and making it more beautiful and responsive.

The front-end design has evolved but the README still shows the old, boring design. Update the screenshots in README to show the updated design.
