Roleplay exercises that show IT'ers with an Agile mindset how they, often indirectly, affect their customers culture. Which might positively or negatively influence their project's success.
Involve scenarios of the DM himself, and do scoring based on a scale of how likely it is you're inclined to do business (or continu doing business) with the team in front of you.
And then hope to map that result to Schneider model or something of the kind.
So that they don't need to come up with names on the spot.
Maybe also list a checklist that a DM can use to more easily paint a mental picture for his character's enterprise/situation, ...
