Can not scan the qr code when input whole identification card with qr code in it

My project is mainly aimed at uploading the whole identification card with qrcode in it. I tried scanning the identification card with qr code in the right part of the id about 2/5 of the image is the qrcode. It works when only crop the qrcode from the id . Is there any way to fix this like input the whole id then get the desired output text from uploading the identificard card with qrcode in it. Is there any solution to the problem I encountered ??

Can not scan when the device has two cameras

My project is mainly aimed at mobile devices that have two cameras - front and back. The scanner does not work on a dual camera device, it only works on my computer when I have one camera connected. Is there any solution for this problem?

This code doesn't work on mobile browser on next.ts application.

This code doesn't work on mobile browser on next.ts application.
At the same time, everything works correctly on the desktop, the camera opens and scans. But in a mobile browser, after clicking on opening the camera, the browser does not even ask for access to the camera.

Then I checked how it would work in a separate example with the implementation of qr scanner in a simple react application. And everything worked.

Moreover, my code is in my next. The application js is the same as in the react example.

How to fix this so that the scanner works in my next.js application? So far, I have not been able to find an answer to this question. I hope for your help.
