目前的 DynData 的实例的定义是： DynData(((s: SmallTable) => s.a1), 2333)，有更加人性化的方法（例如在伴生对象添加一个初始化的方法）可以做到 DynData[SmallTable](_.a1, 2333) 或者做到 SmallTable 只需声明一次？

尝试了一下，失败了。

As submit slick/slick#1253 I know that update have no problem to import a jdbcProfile. So can remove the macro when use dynamic update.

Import JdbcDriver will bring some default funciton, if you use MysqlDriver, "id" will not change to id.

目前 DynUpdate.update 这个函数时需要一个非空的 list 的，如果提交的是空 list，我希望可以返回一个没有数据库操作的空 DBIOAction，执行之后的影响行数是 0。
