Hi there 👋

My name is Sawyer Shepherd. I'm a cybersecurity student at UNG, and the captain of the HackHawks, UNG's cybersecurity team. A few of my rankings are as follows:

NCL Fall 2023: 3rd place overall, with a trophy
CPTC9: 6th place in US Central Regionals
HSCTF 9: 10th place in US highschool division, 41st place overall
HSCTF 8: 26th place in US highschool division, 149th place overall
Fall 2021 KSU CTF: 3rd place, with prize money
NCL Team Game Fall 2023: 3rd place
SummitCTF 2024: 1st place

Code should have syntax highlighting

Pandoc has OOTB syntax highlighting--Sawsge just has to be configured to use it.

Image compression option

Currently, images are simply copied 1:1 as Resources. For large images, this can have a significant affect on network usage. An option to automatically compress images in builds would result in a smaller build size.

Implement parallelization for builds

Builds would be easy to parallelize as none of the resource objects interact with each other during building. Doing so would greatly increase performance.

Debug messages

Sawsge should have some debug messages to inform the user of the progress and results of builds.

Builds have lots of extra whitespace

Find a way to strip whitespace between HTML tags to save on bandwidth and such.

Sawsge should be able to run on earlier Ruby version

Right now, it requires 3.0, but I bet it could go at least as low at 2.7

Documentation

Some documentation would be nice, as it is now it the code is fairly unapproachable.
