CodeCloset

Welcome to our awesome project, Code Closet. This is a speciality shopping site for web developers who want clothes that are comfortable to code in, and fashionable to zoom in. This is a full stack project that allows users to create a login, go to the members site to shop for clothes, review and edit their cart, and finally find a fun surprise waiting in the closet link.

How to launch

  1. Clone our github repository
  2. Install all the NPMs (listed above)
  3. Launch the MySQL Workbench in the terminal
  4. Run the Node Server.js file in the terminal
  5. Launch the LocalHost in the web browser
  6. Sign-up and shop!

Layout/ Design

Need to make nav bar cohesive across all pages, update general CSS of the website-- for members page(add nav bar -option to shop and view cart and view closet & change photo to be of a closet"

DESIGN/ LAYOUT

Navbar on shop page, also add a button to "view cart" which will run our post request of all the previously selected data

Sign up

If a user is already signed up- instead of obj obj error, throw an alert for them to sign in

CRUD

Finish the post, updates and delete requests of items in the cart.

Post chosen items from cart to closet

Alert Messages

Need front-end Javascript code to alert when a user has not selected a size or color for their clothing item
