Documentation changes

Please change the description for readme md file as it is return as Personal Project .

Improve the UI of the user register pages

I need to make the UI for the registration more user friendly as the some of the boxes are out of order for the mobile devices .
Fix the ui by changing to grid formation with column size 1. So user can access the input boxes properly
