General functionality issues

Getting several console errors on any input: either Cannot read property 'emit' of undefined when adding to the default template or Cannot read property 'privatePrefix' of undefined when pasting in a template. Chrome 41.0.2272.118 (64-bit) on Mac with no extensions installed.

Using `@name` stops rendering the output

Something breaks when editing

When editing / pasting a block of code with docs I get the following error.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'privatePrefix' of undefined

Seems like that env is undefined, maybe some bug with the transpiler or the build.

The tool is not working at this point.
