score.py doesn't properly calculate the score

The calculating logic in score.py is very incomplete. Most model functions are stubbed out, but not actually written.

React Front End very incomplete

In App.js, there are about 5 lines of JSX that begin to build the Bowl Component, but the Bowl Component itself is also incomplete.

A front end should have:
A Bowl Component: The layout for the player input, the wrapper for the scoring table, a nice header
A Score Component: The layout and all data validation and handling for the Bowling Score Table

test_score.py has incomplete tests

Inside /projects/tests, in test_score.py, the tests are stubbed out, but not complete. When pytest is run, most tests will fail.

Need to finish writing all the tests to get more complete coverage.

ScoreModel hasn't been sufficiently tested

The ScoreModel in models.py has its functions stubbed and written, but they have not been tested. Likely the list of stubbed functions is also incomplete and more helper functions will be required.
